Rodent Control

As rodents are active after dark, they often go unnoticed. Signs such as droppings, nests and urine stains give them away and where there is one you can guarantee there are more.

Our Solutions

Rodents are secretive and wary animals who are suspicious of new items in their environment. We use a range of traps and baits to eliminate rodents from properties. These must be set carefully for maximum effect.

Modern rodent bait is specially formulated to avoid making the pests ill which can teach them to avoid the bait in the future. Bait made from cereal is highly palatable and encasing it in wax makes it moisture resistant for a long life in the field. Often rodent bait will kill the pest with a single feed.

Bait security is very important as having it exposed to people and pets is dangerous. We always deploy rodent bait in locked bait stations which can be secured in place. These prevent bait loss through rodents taking it away from the station and make the pests feel more secure when feeding so increasing the effectiveness of the bait.

When rodent baiting is inappropriate, we have a range of traps to capture the pests so they can be removed. These include traditional snap traps and live capture traps. Rodent monitoring can also be implemented to detect the presence of these pests before they become established.

• Establishing permanent rodent monitoring and control networks around buildings
• Eradicating mice from office suites within multi tenant buildings
• Eradicating mouse incursions into staff rooms and storage areas
• Removing rodents from building ceiling spaces
• Controlling rat infestations invading houses from building rubble
